Once your tuition payment is confirmed, you receive a welcome email with your class schedule, login credentials for the student dashboard, and access to the learning community. You are assigned to the next available cohort based on NovelTech Academy’s intake cycle, with new cohorts starting every three months. An orientation session is held before each cohort begins, where you meet your instructors and fellow students, receive your study materials, and get a walkthrough of the program structure and expectations.
